Changsha County Hotels with Airport pickup service

Location and shuttle service perfect for airport accessibility but not so much for leisure. Rooms were great and breakfast and dinner was wonderful.

The room was upgraded to a lake view room with a wide view. The service provided by Xiao Wu at the front desk was very good. A small gift was given when checking out, which was very nice!

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay last night, especially the hotel's service butler Pan Aihua left a deep impression on me. When I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its elegant and atmospheric decoration style. The spacious and bright space, exquisite decoration and warm lighting created a home-like atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, checked in efficiently and quickly, and also thoughtfully prepared a special car for me to pick up the airport and high-speed rail. On the way to the high-speed rail, Brother Zhan was considerate and explained the hotel environment carefully. In addition, the hotel's restaurant also provides high-quality food and service, with rich and diverse dishes and excellent taste. In general, this stay experience made me feel surprised and happy!

The staff member Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and provided a rich breakfast. He also helped to upgrade the room. It is large and comfortable. It's quiet. The cleaning lady is very considerate and provides abundant fruits. The lady at the front desk is very professional and issues tickets quickly. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip.

I didn't catch up with the opening during the epidemic, and the classic swimming pool was not open last year. I finally checked in at the end of summer. This hotel that I had been thinking about for a long time has a large room, high-end configuration, infinity pool sunset, and overlooking the exhibition center complex is even more unique. This is the second time I have decided to stay at this hotel in a short period. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are clean and well-organized. My kids are sensitive to smells, but so far, we haven't noticed anything unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it.

The front desk clerk, Xiao Ding, is very enthusiastic. She helps pack luggage and gives small gifts, which are sent to the airport for free. The room is 35 square meters in size, with complete supporting facilities and free beverages and mineral water.

The location is good. It is next to the shopping mall and snack street. The front desk is gentle and attentive. The breakfast is also delicious. The toiletries in the room are complete and there is no odor. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Nanchang
