In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

The hotel we stayed in this time was really cool! As soon as you walk into the lobby, the mysterious and cool dark style of the knight hits you. The dim lighting creates a mysterious atmosphere just right. The retro hangings and armor decorations on the walls are full of details. The service is also very considerate, from the warm reception at the front desk to the timely response of room service, it is impeccable. The only drawback is that the shower head in the bathroom is a bit small, and the water flow is not smooth enough when taking a shower. It would be perfect if it could be improved.
