My first encounter was Mr. Liang Wei at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me the greetings and offered useful information several times during my stay. When I requested an extended stay after the work hours, he processed it in a timely manner and gave me a deal. I am very grateful to him and the hotel. I will return to this place in my future trips to Changchun. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel we stayed in this time was really cool! As soon as you walk into the lobby, the mysterious and cool dark style of the knight hits you. The dim lighting creates a mysterious atmosphere just right. The retro hangings and armor decorations on the walls are full of details. The service is also very considerate, from the warm reception at the front desk to the timely response of room service, it is impeccable. The only drawback is that the shower head in the bathroom is a bit small, and the water flow is not smooth enough when taking a shower. It would be perfect if it could be improved. Overall, I am very satisfied. 👍I was particularly impressed by a front desk lady. She should be a supervisor. I met her several times and she always had a smile on her face. She also helped me bring my check-in box into the room and checked out. The only downside is that the tenth floor is too stuffy. Every day when I wake up, my throat is dry and I have to drink a lot of water. My friend lived on the eighth floor and it was too cold. The next day, we both caught a cold and had a fever. Hahahahahahahaha
