The hotel has complete facilities. The front desk is very nice. It helps to upgrade the room type and check in is very convenient. The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to Youshan Wuyue Plaza. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. It is very comfortable to stay and I will come again

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

This time, I visited Changchun and chose this hotel, drawn by the renowned Changbai Mountain. During check-in, the staff on duty were incredibly warm and generous; they directly upgraded my booking of one standard room night and one executive room night to two nights in an executive room. I was very impressed by this. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was very responsive and worked perfectly. The room was also quiet, and the bedding was excellent, allowing me to rest very comfortably. The breakfast environment, variety, and quality were all commendable. The millet porridge was piping hot, and the chicken sausage tasted delicious. Overall, the breakfast experience was very enjoyable. Upon check-out, Duty Manager Li Yang warmly greeted me, inquired about my stay, and even escorted me to the door. The hotel's warm and attentive service, as grand and impressive as Changbai Mountain itself, left a wonderful impression. The hotel's location is also excellent; Nanhu Park, a large urban forest park, is just a short distance away, making it a fantastic accommodation option for tourists visiting Changchun.

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The location of the hotel is also very good, it is convenient to eat and go shopping around, and it is super convenient to travel. The second time I stayed at Jin'an, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff are definitely the first in Changchun hotels, and even the benchmark of the entire domestic hotel industry. From the parking lot manager to the security, to the front desk and cleaning staff and the restaurant staff, they are all warm and friendly. They are always responsive. The decoration style of the hotel is exactly the same as that of Shangri-La. The guest room was upgraded to about 40 square meters, with a bathtub, a refrigerator in the room, soft pillows and buckwheat pillows, etc. The lighting design is reasonable and online. The curtains of the two windows are very delicately designed, and the curtains by the bed are beige, so it is not dazzling when the sun shines in. The hygiene is absolutely impeccable, even the toilet paper is three or four layers of very soft paper. The bed is very comfortable, the bedding is also very comfortable, and I sleep very well. The bathrobe is one thin and one thick, the thin one is very breathable, and the thick one is very soft and comfortable. The breakfast cannot be compared with the five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, but it is also the first echelon in Changchun. It has everything it should have. The hotel's buffet dinner is absolutely worth it. Parking is free. The location is very good, quiet in the bustling city, and it is very convenient to eat nearby. The lobby environment is also very good, the sofas are comfortable, and coffee and tea are provided. I give the hotel and all the staff a five-star rating!!!

Since 2022, I met the Mehow Lizhi Hotel in Guilin. No matter which city I go to, I will search on Ctrip to see if there is a Mehow Lizhi Hotel in the local area. If there is one, even if it is a little far from my destination, I will choose Mehow Lizhi Hotel because this hotel is so great. I hope it will open in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai soon!!!

The shower in the room had to stand on top of the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Other hotels we stayed in for the next two days also had this design. The bathroom door did not close tightly. I would like to remind everyone to check whether breakfast is included when booking a room. We booked two rooms for two nights, and only It included breakfast for one day, I guess it was exchanged for Ctrip points. I was told that there was no breakfast the next day, but the surrounding area was not very prosperous and there was no breakfast shop nearby, so I added 68 yuan per person. There were not many types of breakfast. I had to find napkins. The service staff will only give it to you if you ask for it. It is not worth the price. I stayed in a state-owned hotel in People's Square for the next two days. Breakfast was all-inclusive and the dishes were rich. The price with breakfast was 48 yuan per person. I hope you can do some research. There is no window screen. I don't know if this is true in high-end areas. The air conditioner is good and quiet. The panel is still old-fashioned. Everything else is fine.
