Holiday Inn Hotels in Changchun

I went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially racist. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

She also took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and good places around, especially intimate. Midway, I wanted to consult a nearby restaurant. The front desk not only gave detailed recommendations, but also helped to check the business hours and routes, especially patient. When I left the store, I was very efficient. I also took the initiative to ask about the check-in experience. I felt that I was particularly valued. The service in the front hall made people feel particularly comfortable, professional and warm. Because of their service, this stay experience added a lot of points. I will definitely come next time!
