On the way back from the National Day trip to Changbai Mountain, we passed through Changchun. We chose the Hilton Garden Inn 🏨 for less than 400 yuan a night, enjoying five-star facilities and services. We were very happy and satisfied. Compared with the price of a fast hotel in Yanji, which is 600 or 700 yuan, the prices of goods and hotels in Changchun are very reasonable. The hotel facilities are modern and stylish, and the pursuit of quality is revealed in a low-key manner. The front desk upgraded us to a suite for free, which is 50 square meters. The breakfast is also delicious. Overall, it is highly recommended! It is very convenient for friends who come to Changchun by self-driving or flying!

One of the first choice hotels every time I go to Changchun on business. The location is convenient, very close to the place where I work, right next to the elevated road, and convenient for taxis. The hotel is very new, the environment is good, and the breakfast, guest rooms, and gym hardware are all very high-end. The service staff is professional and enthusiastic, especially Ms. Alice who received me. The service was considerate and took the initiative to help upgrade the room, making this trip to Changchun more comfortable.

The environment is good, there is free parking, very convenient, very close to Guilin Road, within walking distance. There are many restaurants around, good quality and cheap. But the temperature in the room is average, it is not hot even when it is turned on. The mattress feels like sleeping on springs, but the price-performance ratio is enough

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Although it was not the check-in time, the front desk lady was very nice and checked me in and upgraded the room. Thank you very much! The hotel restaurant is very convenient. You can scan the code to place an order and it will be delivered directly to the room. The price is affordable and the portion is large. I am very satisfied with the overall service and will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!
