Hotels near Forest Park, Changchun

The room was a bit tight but I managed to make space for my luggage. The hotel itself is definitely a bit old but it was fine and clean. There was adequate heating so the room was not cold even though it’s winter. Location is pretty convenient too but there are no convenience stores nearby (you have to walk about 100-200m).

When checking in, I asked the front desk about the quietness of the room, and they assured me that it was the quietest place in the hotel. However, unexpectedly, the room had a false balcony, which was separated from the hotel corridor by only a partition. After checking in last night, I found that any slight movement in the corridor could be transmitted to the room, which was a great disturbance to rest and lacked the necessary privacy. Today, when my husband opened the invoice, the price on my side was 295 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 265 yuan. I was confused by the difference.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

I rarely comment on hotels. Today, when I checked out with my partner, I saw 3 deaf-mute people. Their phones were left in the taxi. The front desk listened to them patiently and called the driver enthusiastically. Then I listened too carefully and left my clothes in the hotel, a Stussy short-sleeved shirt. I felt that I would have thrown it away as garbage in a normal hotel. I didn’t expect the hotel front desk to call me as soon as possible. I was very touched. The room was also very warm. Highly recommended🎉

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square. Some negative aspects though: - The check-in took more than 20 minutes. - On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration. - The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.) - The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

The hotel has a good environment. Xiaolu at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful reception service. It is very close to Wuyue Plaza on Guilin Road. There are many delicious foods. I walked around for a long time at night. The transportation is also convenient. It is very close to take the subway directly out. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the supplies are considerate, and the service is meticulous. It is a must-have for business trips and travels. Recommended!

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.
