When I requested an extended stay after the work hours, he processed it in a timely manner and gave me a deal. I am very grateful to him and the hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioning works great. The bathroom is very spacious. There are rooms without windows, so chose wisely. the room is quiet, which is perfect for business travelers. The hotel is not very busy, which is also good for who is staying only for business in town. There is a laundry room free to use. The cleanliness of the common spaces could be better. In the elevator and in the hall the floor is not very clean. For the foreign visitors: the stuff does not speak english, but they are okay with using translation apps to help you if needed. The entrance is a very busy street, so the parking is difficult. There are some stairs to get to the lobby, so it can be a little hard if you have heavy luggage.

Arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening, the check-in speed was very fast, although the front desk was very busy, but there were questions and answers, there was a medicine that needed to be put in the refrigerator, and it was taken down at 10 o'clock in the evening. The little goth went to the restaurant. Check out at two o'clock, but we have not arrived yet, the front desk is very patient to say that there is no need to hurry, it is okay, after check-out, all the luggage is stored at the front desk and then go out to eat, come back is still very warm, especially praise the front desk brother, really warm and thoughtful, run up and down a little complaint. First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

The room was very spacious, and it was late February when we went there. The room was very warm. I thought it only had air conditioning, but it turned out to have floor heating. Later, the customer service lady helped me turn on the floor heating, otherwise it would be a bit hot. The front desk lady was very considerate and gave me souvenirs and refrigerator magnets when I left. The newly opened environment was very new. There was a small robot for ordering takeout. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to play and didn't take pictures. There were drinks and tea on the first floor of the hotel, as well as children's picture books, which was very convenient.
