The food was not good, but the staff was very interested, helpful and smiling. Hotel suitable for traveling with children

Çok memnun kaldık. Aile olarak gittik ve hem fiyat olarak uygun hem de tertemiz oda verdiler. Odada her şey var ve tertemiz. Klima, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı yepyeni. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Ferhat Bey'le konukseverliği ve yardımları için teşekkür ederiz.

Hotel personel is very friendly and helps a lot Massage was good in the spa (have to pay for it) but it was a good one Pool was nice, food was also good The hotel is close to cesme centre Arda who works at the reception, is a very kind person I would definitely recomend

I’m currently staying at the hotel with a couple of my friends. I purchased my room a few days BEFORE my friends, and we both purchased a superior full ocean view with a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that my friends room was available however mine was not, but they would call me when it was, and I waited in my friends room. Their room was gorgeous…a huge patio on a corner with a full ocean view, king bed, very clean, desk and other dresser tops for luggage etc, full mirror. They never called me regarding my room and finally at 3 PM. I went down as we were leaving for shopping and asked them and they told me it was ready. They gave me one key.. I open the door to the room and immediately hear screaming to notice that it is over the kids pool. I had a 2 feet wide “balcony” almost like a Juliet balcony. whereas my friends have a balcony almost the size of the actual room, a queen bed or a double (not sure) no place to put my luggage except inside the closet. The bathroom had mold. In the shower corner, around the corners of the bathroom itself, and either the rust or mold on the showerhead. The air conditioner doesn’t particularly cool the room down all the way as the exhaust and the air conditioner is in one corner of the room that’s near the door. I went downstairs and complained that the clearly that this did not seem to be the same hotel class. They briefly mentioned to my friend who is Turkish that they provided the larger room to my friend because they are two people. Considering I’m paying full price for the two person room perhaps their logic is an error as effectively I am paying double as a single person to what my friends are paying as they are sharing a room and I am paying for the entire room myself. Upon reporting my displeasure, they only offered a room that they admitted was even worse than the room they suggested initially, they did not offer me any sort of reduction on the room price. I can’t open the balcony because of the screaming children and I will be woken up tomorrow morning by the screaming. It is not a balcony that you can actually sit on and lounge, as you can on my friends. It seems strange to me that they would actually have me wait in my friends room and see their room and then try to put me in a room such as this… it’s simply poor customer service. I have to say I have literally never written a negative review about a hotel or restaurant etc before. I am a frequent traveler. It was shocking and disorienting.

It is indeed a very good hotel! There is no guest evaluation on the domestic platform, and I am a little nervous before moving in! When I arrived at the hotel, I was not disappointed. I completely found the treasure hotel! Good location, adjacent to the beach, with exclusive beaches, enjoy the sunrise and sunset, sit on the hotel's extended platform, the coastal bar has been until the early morning, most Europeans and Americans, we did not find an Asian face when we checked in! The room faces the sea with a separate balcony, dinner, breakfast variety, staple food, pastry, grilled fish, Sarah, drinks, etc. can meet the needs of different ages and tastes, because there is no lunch in the itinerary, if there is time, you can also eat at the hotel, the key is that breakfast, lunch, dinner are included in the price! The important thing is said three times, eat all inclusive, all inclusive, all inclusive! Too worth it!

Comfort and level of provided service at this hotel surprised us positively very much. Refurbished room equipped with new bathroom provided great comfort. Wifi was decent. Food at the restaurant was simply delicious and portions were enormous (dinner had 3 courses and we got served meat and fresh fish from the barbecue). Even though the staff didn’t speak much English, made us feel really welcomed. Big thumbs up to the serving staff!

They were very helpful for arranging a better room. After our booking I contacted with them and they reply in a seconds. We aren't there yet but from the beginning of our plan they are great. I will update my review after our visit. Thanks from the beginning!

Me and friends were there on May 26 to 28. The hotel is perfect in many wasy. Location, so close to the touristic area and shops, hotel itself is elegant, roomy, spacious, clean and bright. It has a terrace and swimming pool. Parking right in front of the hotel. can ask for more from an affordable hotel. The restaurant offers basic typical food but I was surprised the offered fried eggs when asked if possible. The staff is very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I only have good things to say about this place.

Tek olumsuz yanı Alaçatı otellerinin çoğunda olduğu gibi otopark problemi ancak yakın çevrede sokakta park yeri bulabildik.

Overall I liked this hotel. Everything is modern and new, the design of the hotel is very tasteful and the location is very nice. The hotel is located near Çeşme city centre, but it is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The hotel has its own beach which was very nice, and offers a good choice of food and drinks through the day. The wifi connection was strong throughout the hotel, even the beach area. The breakfast at the hotel was nice though dinner food was somewhat average. Some not so good things about the hotel are: There was little guidance and I felt like there wasn't enough staff, especially in the restaurant. I had to ask for meal times, how to connect to wifi, how to get to the beach etc. and nothing was explained when I arrived at the hotel. I don't mind asking things so for me it was not a problem at all, but some people may expect to be explained about the hotel when they arrive, which is what any hotel should do.
