The rooms are quite spacious and clean with complete amenities. The interesting thing is that there is a coffee maker that is refilled every day for coffee lovers, this is a plus and good value. Drinking water is provided by refill dispensers in the hotel corridors with empty bottles in each room. It's so good that you don't need to buy bottled water, just refill it. Friendly staff service from security guards, officers and room service, but there was one receptionist staff who when checking in was a little less friendly and looked curt. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future. The facilities are quite complete with a comfortable hotel design, the lobby area always has a piano with live music, plus the hotel's location is close to malls and food places around Semarang city center. Overall OK and GOOD will become a favorite hotel for the Semarang area. 👍🏻
