First stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner. Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.

The facility was good, but the service is bad ..i am unable to check in till 4pm..2 hours delay because of failure to prepare the room by the hotel. And the give us the letter to push us check out at 11 am by using the reason fully book for next day booking

Cockroaches in the room.. and AC is ultra loud. I can't recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I really enjoy staying here. The coffee shop downstairs is great. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. My previous stay I was in a room that had a great table to work on my laptop during the day. This time I was in a room witha different layout, not as good for working at the desk. I asked if I could be moved back to a similar room as before and the staff sorted it out for me straight away and moved me to the same as my old room on the same floor. Its in a great location for me in Jakarta and also the area around the hotel is not so busy and easy to walk to the market close by and around to the main road. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta.

It's okay but the room I had was incredibly small, I can barely move. The AC also blasts right onto the bed and I dont think they clean it much so I ended up getting very sick. I won't stay here again. It's only good because of the location close to some nightlife spots. It looks nice from the outside but the rooms are just too small and the bathroom is tiny. I won't be staying here again.

That is enough for service. Near Pasar Baru, Istiqlal Mosque, Monas and State Palace. It's strategies hotel.

There were a lot of people staying this time, almost full, the room internet was very poor, but there was no way to improve it, and there was no way to change rooms because it was almost full. The breakfast felt worse. Overall, I would not consider staying here again next time.

Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good: variety -local and western food. Lots of restaurants nearby. 10 minutes from the Istiqlal mosque and bus station (Juanda).

Location is good, with good breakfast early in 6 AM. too bad the gym was in renovation
