Great service

The hotel is really very good quality, the staff is really super nice, smiling, ready to help us. It's a wonderful experience. It's surely the best hotel I've ever stayed in (or at least one of the best). Downstairs from the hotel, there's a really nice museum to visit, which is a bit of a bonus for the hotel, and I think there's another bus stop quite close. The national monument is really very close, other museums and activities are accessible. It's very well located.

It was satisfying, even though this time it took a while to get a room. Usually, you can get into a room before 2 pm.

This is a very old hotel. The pictures misled me. The room was very musty and humid. There was only one socket in the whole room, and there was no socket at the bedside. The air conditioner was from ancient times and the noise was ridiculous. The toilet in the bathroom was full of water. There were stains on the sheets and there were mosquito bites at night. The hotel price was really low, but the stay experience was terrible. I booked two nights and canceled one night. I applied to the platform to cancel the other night, but the hotel rejected my application. The front desk pretended to give me a refund, but when I checked out a day in advance, they directly rejected my cancellation application. I wasted two nights' accommodation fee, but I really couldn't stay in a hotel with such an environment and facilities. It was terrible!

The location is close to everywhere, the lobby is clean, the guest room is provided enough for customers, for the restaurant it is quite spacious, clean and comfortable, there is also a table for smoking. The only drawback is that the guest room is not very clean, there is no air freshener or air freshener so the room smells damp. For housekeeping, maybe they should be more diligent if they see a wet toilet, at least mop it a little so it's dry. Because the first thing guests see is the room and toilet. My suggestion is to clean the toilet again so that guests feel comfortable and happy to stay. For the bedsheet and bedcover, if you don't want to exchange them, at least spray them with a fragrance like other hotels.

This hotel should be a basic hotel chosen by locals. It is not suitable for foreigners. The decoration is old. The door feels like it can be opened at any time. The curtains do not block light, so you can wake up at dawn. There is basically nothing suitable for Chinese people to eat for breakfast. The sheets and pillows are the kind that many people have slept on and turned yellow without washing. Fortunately, I brought a three-piece set of disposable sheets and pillowcases, otherwise I would not be able to sleep. I would vomit. The price is not low. A hotel that costs 200 in China costs 400-500 here. Unless you really have no other hotel options, hahahahaha, it’s okay to come here for one night.
