I liked the friendly staff and the accommodation was very clean. However, the location is a bit ambiguous and the surrounding area is really just a neighborhood where people live, so it was great except for the location.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for budget travelers looking for quality service and a great experience without breaking the bank.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location, while fairly central, was a bit challenging to find, especially for first-time visitors. Clearer directions or better signage would have helped. One of the small but noticeable inconveniences was the absence of slippers in the room, which is something many travelers, including myself, often appreciate for comfort. Additionally, the noise from outside the hotel could be disturbing at times, especially at night, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay. That said, the saving grace was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with a smile. Despite the few drawbacks, their hospitality made a positive impact, making the overall experience more pleasant.

The hotel is very brand new, but a lot lacking of things needed in the room, no table or chair in the room, very small room and no head board for the bed every time you lean your back into the wall bed will move forward, no bidet in the bath room to clean, no kettle or coffee provided, 2 small bottle of water is provided. ac is working good not split type but still remote control, a bit noisy. I was inform when I check in that if you bring food from outside and eat it in the dining area you will be charge 250 peaos. staff is bery helpful. its cheap compare the other hotel. why

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

A decent place with good aircon and showers. Showers supplied with products which was nice. Place itself is a good, clean building. Location is OK but easy enough to get a grab to where you want to be. Budget friendly option.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern. The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly. They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini casino and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building. Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu. The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

I love this hotel, very excellent location, located at the heart of Cebu City, just steps away from Fuente Osmena Circle, Robinsons Malls and the restaurants are also a few steps away. Public transportation is an easy catch as well. I love this hotel. I had the best seat and view when I had my breakfast at the restaurant there. Thanks Elegant Circle Inn! I will be back for sure. I been staying this hotel everytime I came to cebu for my visit as its very close to facilities I need plus the staff are very polite and very helpful, they have parking space, the food is ok few plate selection, good spacious room, they have 2 single bed but just attached them together to make it bigger the bathroom this time was very small I cannot even set properly on the toilet due to wall divider for the shower, water is provided in room and despenser in the hallway for a refill. This time I'm a bet dissappointed as they don't have a pillow cases available, I said it can be follow later but when I return about 5 pm still no pillow case so I ask them to get me a sheet to cover temporary so I can rest It came arround 7:30 pm as they explain that the laundry contractor has been delay, I think they should look into it for proper stock and better service. the bed is firm and comfortable. I might thinking to look another places next time
