It was a cold day in Castries - and the hotel temperature was set at 19º to be eco-friendly. The restaurant is disappointing. The food is well prepared but served on cold plates.

A stopover for our stay in Provence, peaceful place, neat decor, comfortable room, very pleasant welcome, perfect and tasty breakfast.

Careful decoration of the hotel and the room. Quiet and relaxing place. Quality meals and excellent breakfast served at the table. Slightly expensive additional services (50 euros for 1/2 hour of jacuzzi for 2)

Magnificent place - very nice room with a decor that you don't see everywhere - the breakfast at the top - Qualified and smiling staff - a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful garden - The restaurant is also very good although a little below the last visit

We loved the place (site and location), the ethnic decor, the atmosphere, the welcome (especially in the restaurant because there was no receptionist when we arrived and we had to go get it after 15 minutes of waiting), the SPA and breakfast! We liked the room (large, well decorated, very good bedding), the evening dinner (we were expecting slightly more sophisticated vegetarian dishes, it was good but we won't keep lasting memories of it) We did, however, was really disappointed by the calm sold that we did not find: - we were bothered by the noises coming from the terrace and the smells of cigarettes just below our windows which we had to close to avoid them, - bothered also by the noise of our roommates in the corridor, - and especially by the noise of a group from outside the hotel who came to dinner with children, we hurried to finish our meal to escape to our room. On the other hand, we wanted to tell you that we loved the presence of “Minette” who brings her soul to the place!!!!

We booked one night with breakfast included and served in the room, to begin with we were very well received, very well informed and guided! The room was superb, the only negative point was the lighting in the room which was quite dim and the choice of breakfast which only included the sweet and not the sweet/salty choice, when served in the room. The hotel is very pleasant and nicely decorated in a particularly eclectic, but warm style. As for the restaurant, everything was good. But what a shame when a tasty meat is presented to you with an unfortunate little chip which is too lonely. As good as it is, it remains mediocre. If she had been accompanied by a few friends, it would have been much appreciated and a tad more generous. In short, even if the fashion for gourmet restaurants aims to be refined, the eyes must certainly be satisfied, but also the appetite. A chip and a cup of cold puree still seems a bit...little to me!

Reservation made online without problem. Pleasant room with bathroom area completely open to the bedroom. Few storage spaces and antique safe where you have to go to reception to get a key to use it. Large wall-mounted television. Wi-Fi but the connection procedure is not very easy. The price is reasonable for the places (€152 per night in June 2021).

Everything is perfect in this place. The calm, the restaurant and the service. Especially the waiter with the little ponytail who is smiling, attentive, professional and adorable. Small downside for the reception, the lady is not smiling, we have the impression of disturbing her. She's not a business person at all! What a pity. Very negative first impression. The restaurant employees caught up. Bravo to them. The dishes are very good. The rooms are very pretty and very clean.

Choice of this hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. At the reception of the room bag of dirty laundry in the corridor!!! After pleasant individual massages there is no relaxation. Kir royal aperitif without appetizers!!! Spacious bed, very large and deep bathtub surely a drawback for several people Decent dinner (normal at €53 per menu) copious breakfast. Given these negative points, the management made a commercial gesture to me but we choose a hotel for its services and not for its commercial gesture!!!!!!!

We came to spend one night in this superb, very pleasant hotel. Calm assured, very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Large bathtub 🤩 Breakfast is varied and very good! We will come back without hesitation!
