"The environment is very good, the facilities are good, but there are a few problems: 1. The hotel does not have a restaurant. I stayed for three nights and only cleaned me once. 4. Check in for international credit card pre-authorization, cash will not work 5. It is far from the city and the traffic is not convenient. I saw many Chinese tour groups living here. I am very sympathetic to those uncles who don’t understand English."

"We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday. Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work."
