The staff were very friendly, room & beds were clean but a little sp**** & needing some renovation.  The breakfast was lovely, plentiful & made to order, choice of cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, tea & coffee.  The only downside was the boom booming of the music from the bar going on to the early hours.

Good location, clean and tidy.  Very helpful as we arrived very late due to work.
