Perfect environment, safe and peaceful. Well managed and friendly people

Solo from April 8th to 13th, 2019. Very useful for young and old people who like music, smoking and drinking at night. You can hear the music sent to the bar in the bar until midnight, and the bar can also serve as a reception. If you like a quiet and peaceful night, then this is not for you. Very busy street at night, with many bars, pubs, restaurants. Trip.com's after-sales service is very good. I ran into a credit card issue, and they resolved the issue via email and phone.

Never at Home Kloof Street is an absolute gem for backpackers seeking relaxation, comfort, and amazing service in the heart of Cape Town. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted with a warm and inviting a**osphere that immediately sets the tone for a truly memorable stay.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a bathroom. The bathroom is to be shared. For a little extra, you can have a bathroom and better location at 82 on Regent. Motown is okay if you enjoy sharing bathrooms with strangers. Due to the concerts at the time in Cape Town, most places were sold out which is how we landed up at Motown.
