Terrible customer service from the hotel and trip customer service. Had some issue with the booking but trip customer service kept insisting that that the hotel not replying and couldn't help.

The hotel is in a prime location, 20 minutes' drive from the airport and only 2.3 kilometers away from CTICC (International Convention and Exhibition Center). It is an ideal hotel choice for those who come to Cape Town for meetings but are worried about public security. The hotel rooms are also spacious, well-equipped, and have electric kettles. It is a standard four-star hotel. The breakfast is rich, and the various foods and drinks are pretty good. I stayed here for nine nights and didn't think the breakfast was bad. Recommend it to everyone.
