Arrived just after midday reception was very welcoming and staff very very helpful and polite ...Great start to our week away.waited over 2 hours for our room to be ready ....eventually got our room key and was taken there in one of their buggys....room was beautiful, big room spotlessly clean & modern and we had a great view very pleased.mini bar stocked daily & cleaners came every day.perfect !!! Bar area a bit hit & miss couple of evenings waited at least 25 mins to be served our drinks that is when we could get a seat ....the world cafe !!! Don't know where to start...no matter what time we arrived there the food was COLD !!! Sometimes not even lukewarm....even the soup was cold...breakfast lunch & dinner was cold....not very appealing....restaurants where very very good and food was hot & edible so we stuck to them....New years eve was a great night !!! Everyone worked so hard and we really really enjoyed it thanks x
