The receptionist wanted me to wait at least 20 minutes before I can check in due to a change of staff at that time, but after complaining, I was finally able to have her check me in since she was still working. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

Love this hostel, the location is good, very close to the ADO bus station. It is convenient to travel to other places:)

I stayed in a female dormitory with 3 bunk beds. The hotel was very clean. The shower, toilet and washbasin were separated, which was very convenient. There was also a small balcony. It was very close to the ADO bus station, which was very convenient for traveling and going to the airport. It was also very convenient for eating and shopping nearby. The hotel provided hot water and luggage storage.

My credit card was stolen in my luggage at the hotel, so I rushed back to the hotel and called the police. But the hotel refused to check the surveillance for two days. The male staff entered the women's room many times without knocking. I felt very unsafe. I will not stay here again!

I stayed in a suite with a private bathroom. Apart from the convenient location, the facilities were really disappointing. 1. There were other people’s hair that was not cleaned in the bathroom during the two stays. 2. There was no hot water for two nights when I checked in for the first time. 3. The second time I checked in, the water flow was too small and I almost had to shower against the wall. 4. There was a power outage on the last night of my second stay. There was no prior notification. There was no notification or improvement response when the situation occurred. There was still no power until the next morning. 5. When I checked in for the first time, one day when I was in the room during the day, the staff came directly in and asked to see the fire protection equipment without knocking or notifying me in advance.

The hostel is very close to the center and the bus station that connects to the airport! The room was fine, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and the toilet was broken. I only stayed 2 nights, so it was fine.

When booking, it was clearly stated that tax was included, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk insisted that additional tax be charged, saying it was Cancun city tax. This had never happened before when I stayed at other hotels in Cancun.

I look forward to my next stay. The direction of the hotel is good and the guests are very satisfied. And the roommates are very warm and friendly.

It was in a great location, close to the bus terminal, with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores open until late. Also, the shower had plenty of water and hot water. It was great to have a work space and a pool.

A very good experience! The staff is incredible and everyone is always willing to help.

The shared bathrooms were super dirty and twice I went to the reception to ask for bathroom Babel because neither in my room nor in the shared bathrooms there were
