Had a nice stay in Meriton for about two weeks. It's quite clean and well equipped. The Chinese lady in front desk was very helpful and all the clerks were friendly. Excellent location and spacious room. Will visit again！ 住了将近两周，非常好的酒店，房间大，设施新且齐全，地点优秀。前台的华裔女士非常好，其他员工也很友善。推荐入住！

No tidying up of room on next day. Both safe deposit box not working. Toilet flush hard to press, salt not available. Quality of in-house slippers is really bad. Would be nice to be able to provide guests sachets of salt & pepper upon request. This is our third stay with Meriton. First two at Waterloo Street & Mascot both at Sydney.

It was my first time in the capital of Australia. I did some research and read other people's reviews. I finally chose this one. Of course, I also stayed in their chain hotels in other cities in Australia. Fortunately, I didn't live near the train station. It completely overturned my perception of a capital train station. It's too rubbish. In my big oriental country, the current town train stations are better than this one. There are food places near the hotel, especially not far from the number one steak restaurant, which is good!

The hotel facilities are new, the location is very convenient, there is a large shopping mall around! The staff service is average! The second night in the hotel suddenly no hot shower, and waited 3 hours to get hot water, asked the employee what solution, only answered no, you are in a hurry to shower cold water, famous 10 degrees, how to shower cold water? What a bad reply!

Facilities: There is a gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna. The elevator access control is quite safe. There is a parking lot but it is very stupid!!! If you drive, I don't recommend staying here. With the parking fee, it's better to stay in other hotels with charges. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and there may not be a spot even though he said it was reserved. Then basically, you have to use the code in the information to open the door when you go out and come back. It's terrible if there is no signal. When I left, I told the staff that I was leaving, but he didn't help me check out, leaving me at the exit of the parking lot and making a phone call. I really think this is very bad. Hygiene: Hygiene is just average. It's not good for a new hotel. It's barely livable. Service: There is no problem with the people. It's just that the process and other things are problematic. And as long as you use Ctrip to book overseas hotels, they basically arrange the last room. This has happened countless times. It's better to use other platforms to book overseas hotels.
