Moreover, the hotel is far away from the city, there are few entertainment facilities in the hotel, and there are no activities, which is quite boring; and the floating bathtub was originally thought to be a highlight, but it turned out that I was happy to take a bath, but the hotel had no hot water at night. The amount of hot water was insufficient, and it was not enough to fill the amount of water for a normal person to take a bath, and there would be no hot water! Later, I called the hotel to clean, but they replied that it was fine no matter how many days I stayed, they only cleaned the room once. The hygiene conditions were not good, and my feet were black after walking around the room; The last item is my personal experience this time: After dining at their restaurant, I **** at night and went to the hospital for emergency treatment. The hotel was indifferent throughout the whole process and did not take the initiative to admit responsibility. After sending me to the hospital in the early morning, no one cared about me, and they said that they only sent me to the hospital and asked me to pay for a taxi when I came back. After I was discharged from the hospital, I negotiated with the hotel and asked them to admit their responsibility. The hotel was unwilling to admit it, so I entrusted Ctrip to continue to communicate after returning to China. As a result, the hotel and the agent fabricated a non-existent charge of 6 million dong and said it would be my medical compensation. It really felt like a scam! In their charges, even sending me to the hospital and hot water became their calculation standards. Anyway, they made up an amount similar to the amount I paid for when I went to the emergency room, and then said they would not bear any responsibility! It's really amazing! ! There were a lot of people in the hotel. The breakfast was not good. I drank a sip of their coffee on the day I left and it was unpalatable. I am a coffee lover and I have been back to China for three days. I feel like vomiting when I think of coffee.
