This World Trade Center hotel is located next to the Nile River. The room is very spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, one toilet, and even a kitchen and a washing machine. However, the room's facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast is not great, but everything else is fine

The hotel is old but the size of the room is big. However, the room service is not detail. They either forget to refill your water on one day and another day will forget to change your towel. They will forget one thing on everyday.

Very spacious unit. Warm service beyond expectations. Two individuals were literally amazing. Mr. Ayman the bell captain and Amira in the lobby. They ironed many cerious problems and difficulties we were experiencing. Our k thanks and God bless them

I don't think there's a good place to stay in Cairo for a family. It's all the same unless you're paying over 500,000 won... This place is a little dirty, but it's a residence, so it's spacious and not bad.

The size of the room was good. As for the water area, as others have written, Water pressure is low. There is a bathtub, but There are no faucets. For city view, The back is under construction, so It's very noisy.

Our stay in their suite was very comfortable and relaxing. It was very big for just 3 of us. Tarek from the restaurant was very good in giving recommendations. He is very friendly and accommodating. I really liked their molokhiya and my husband enjoyed their mixed grill. The plate of Egyptian sweets for dessert was lovely.

Very nice and calm, and it’s good for family. And the breakfast is good also the staff there Yasmin very kind and helpful ,. And swimming pool area also very nice and calm , . But a small note The housekeeping doesn’t refuel the things like water , or change the glass cups, or the tea paper.

Super friendly, positive, I loved to go everyday to see specially Ms. Eriny Wahid, her customer service skills and welcoming spirit are over the roof! Also her colleagues Ms. Jasmin Salah and Mr. Sherif We were attending a UN training sessions for 2 days 26 and 27 Feb. I would like to surely come again and have the same perfect experience!
