The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Food under the beds,mildew all over the showers and hair all over the beds. I will never book here again. After seeing the room I couldn’t even sleep here. I left and booked another hotel.

The hotel is actually very big, with a gym. The front desk and rooms are in two buildings, which are a bit far away. I think it looks like a nursing home, or a hotel in a residential area. It's okay, okay, okay.

Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old; the air conditioner and airplane noise are serious; the bedding is very uncomfortable. It is suitable for business trips, but not for tourism. Advantages: The hotel is located in New Cairo, with open space around it, equipped with a swimming pool, close to Cairo International Airport (20 minutes), and surrounded by large commercial centers such as City Center (ALMAZA) and Carrefour.

There is nothing to visit around the hotel, but the interior of the hotel is very spacious.

Very close to the airport, convenient for connecting flights. The environment is good, the garden is large, and there is a standard swimming pool and gym. The bedding is clean, the room is spacious, and the accommodation meets the advertised standards.

Good service but slightly old facilities (compared to domestic four-star hotels) There are two supermarkets and a cafe outside, and the breakfast is a bit basic.

I stayed in a suite, the room was very big! Very unexpected

Please don’t book this hotel. I thought it was close to the airport, so it was very noisy. Asians were discriminated against at the front desk, and they had to go through security checks. The attitude was particularly bad. Parking was 30 Egyptian pounds a night.

Service is not good. Very close to the airport.

I visited The Guard Hotel in Heliopolis with family to have Iftar Ramadan; food was average taste but I liked the vibes and facilities at the hotel. The hotel arranged nice entertainment of Tanoura and DJ following the Iftar. I attached photos of the hotel facilities which also include sports courts of all kinds. Thanks Ahmed for preparing the tasty Latte at the pool bar.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything, suite was clean with big space, team members attitude was excellent, pool space was good. Thank you Management team for your hard work . The Hotel is not good and breakfast was horrible. The best thing was the distance between hotel and airport. This hotel need maintenance and also please change the carpets because there is a foul smell For long stay I do not recommand it. Regar
