The overall stay was excellent and the rooms were spacious! Location was near to many amenities and places of interest. However, some areas of improvement include (1) the blades of one of the ceiling fans was fixed wrongly causing the air to blow inward instead of outward; (2) washing machine was cranky and noisy after turning on with load; and (3) the WiFi strength was quite poor which caused us to disconnect quite a number of times and video streaming was bad.

The hotel is located in the core seaside business district of Cairns, within walking distance of the night market, pier and commercial street. The hotel is an apartment hotel and can provide multi-bedroom rooms. The rooms are very large and equipped with large terraces. The service staff will explain carefully when checking in. The hotel is an apartment model and does not have daily room service. At the same time, everyone needs to clean up the garbage in the house and throw it into the trash can downstairs, so everyone can make a choice based on different needs.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and all kitchenware is available. There is one more room than the reservation stated - great value!

It was great!

The mountain crystal view room I stayed in has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very spacious and comfortable. The mattress is really comfortable. The balcony is very large and wide. The view is charming. The kitchen has all the utensils and utensils. It is perfect for cooking in front of the sea. The location is perfect. The sea is opposite to the left and you can go out to the street shops and go shopping. You can also take a walk on the seaside boardwalk. The hotel staff always had sweet smiles on their faces. The five friends who came with us were very satisfied.

The location was not bad for sightseeing within Cairns, the staff at the desk were all friendly, and the room was very large and good for the price. It was nice that all amenities including a washing machine and dryer were provided.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment 604 for 6 nights. It was a brilliant choice for accommodation - roomy, in excellent condition, with an outlook across the park to the cruise ship terminal. Just a short walk to the Reef Terminal for day trips (Green Island and Outer Barrier reef). Very handy to lots of retaurants and cafes along the waterfront. Quiet at night. Flexible check-in, we arrived at 11am and were allocated a room immediately. Would certainly book here again.

A good sized apartment with comfortable beds. Any problems were quickly fixed. Enjoyable and well situated. Plenty of crockery and cutlery with a good sized fridge. The washing machine had a tendancy to try and escape from the laundry if very full.

We selected these apartments based on location and to get a water view; we overlooked the canal and found the apartment to be extremely spacious. It was easy to walk to restaurants, the dock, aquarium, etc. Overall, we found the apartment to be very large and it met our needs well.

Four of us spent 9 nights staying at Jack and Newell Apartments from Jan 2. We booked 2 rooms with waterfront views of the Esplanade. In the days leading up to our stay, 4 of our friends were uncomfortable traveling due to Covid, resulting me cancelling the 2 other rooms booked. Throughout the cancellation process Jodie was fantastic, displaying brilliant customer service and understanding - she made the process seamless. The 9 night stay for the remaining 4 of us was nothing short of magnificent. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a good size balcony. The pool is lovely and staff so friendly and helpful. The apartments are located at the quieter end of Cairns, opposite Hemingway's Brewery and less than 10 minute walk to the main restaurants and bar area. I highly recommend.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with, very friendly all of them. Great location could walk to most attractions. Two minutes to casino. Myself and family highly recommend. 👍

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with views down to the wharf & rainforest adjacent to the port. Beautifully presented, fully equipped, quality inclusions. So nice to open the pantry with a few essentials & full equipped laundry. Jodie , apartment manager also most welcoming & helpful.

Excellent location if you are going to the cruise terminal, which is just over the road, and is reasonably close to all the other amenities Cairns has to offer. It was quiet in the evenings too - away from the hustle and bustle of the night market etc. Apartments and their rooms are a very good size with everything you need to spend an extended time there. The view from the balcony was also lovely. The apartments had everything including cooking utensils etc as well. There were also two allocated car parks for our apartment which meant the hire car was off street too. If you intend to do dive day trips or the reef based activities it is close to the Cairns Marina and all the boats there. All in all a very good experience.

We have stayed her for five nights, good location. Spacious three bed apartment with all amenities, lovely quiet pool area just ask at reception for towels to use at pool and for any day trips. It would be better if these were already in the apartment would be my only comment.
