Business Hotels in Newark

As usual Marriott always exceeds my expectations. I arrived late and was greeted so warmly. They checked me and informed me what time the restaurant closed and went and had a glass of wine took some food up to the room. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you so much Marriott.

I'm Brazilian and I don't speak English fluently, but I can understand if the person speaks slowly and patiently. Unfortunately, the receptionist who received me did not want to help. I had difficulties with the food, there were no meals at the hotel, I couldn't get directions on where to go to eat. I was accompanied by my 7-year-old daughter who cried because she had nothing to eat, and the problem was not being able to buy, but someone helping me where I should be buying. I had problems with the delivery of an application and, again, the receptionist did not propose to help me. I'm disappointed

The Hampton Inn Newark Airport is a conveniently located hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the room was a good size. However, I found my legs and feet itchy after sleeping in the bed, so I would recommend that the housekeeping staff focus on cleaning the bedding more thoroughly. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because I didn't have an international debit or credit card, but the staff were friendly and helpful. For example, the hotel could create a process where cash can be accepted for incidentals without having to wait to get approval from the manager.
