Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for four days, and the air conditioning had a sour, rancid smell. I complained, but they ignored it. The room was large and spacious, and the cleaning was good; they cleaned the room daily. The only downside was the lack of a kettle. I called housekeeping to get one, but they ignored me. Hot water could only be obtained from the lobby. They didn't even have a piece of tape, but they did offer it for money (not very convenient). Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. My friend said that airport hotels in the US are usually like this. There was a Telsa electric scooter in the paid parking lot (which was nice).
GGuest UserIt is surrounded by highways, so it is extremely difficult to get there by car. The shuttle vans from the airport are black and white, making them difficult to distinguish.
BBhatiaStayed here after a late night flight into EWR. The hotel had a free shuttle that picked us from the airport. The staff was very welcoming despite our late check in and short stay. Rooms were clean and comfy!
MminilouIt's suitable for one night stay, but the stupidest airport pick-up service is that the front desk is too busy to arrange the pick-up at all. Some guests waited for 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up.
