"The room was basic, but for the price paid it was fine. The shampoo in the bathroom was empty during my nights stay which was a shame. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the communal areas. The tiled floors were filthy and covered in clumps of hair and dead insects. Inside the room, cleanliness was better, but there was still stains and marks on furniture and the walls. Staff were kind and allowed me to have my breakfast at a later time than I’d booked."

"Cleanliness: 9/10 The room was clean, nice, and tidy. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets smelled freshly laundered, and the floor and furniture were spotless. Cleanliness is highly maintained not just inside the room, but also in the hallways and other public areas. They do housekeeping every day, change the towels regularly, and always make sure your hygiene kit is fully stocked. The only issue I had was on my first day—the room wasn’t prepared according to my request, possibly due to an oversight. I had to be transferred to another room, and while it didn’t smell very pleasant at first, it was still clean overall. Location: 10/10 If you're looking for a peaceful place with a great view but still not too far from the city center, this is perfect! It’s not far from the airport and is surrounded by restaurants, drugstores are near, small stores for cheap things to buy, nearby malls, and groceries—but then the area isn’t crowded. It strikes a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Btw, if you are just travelling for leisure (DIY),renting a motor to go around is much cheaper than getting a tricycle Service: 10/10 I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, traveling alone. The staff made me feel really comfortable and were always ready to help with anything I needed—from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Filipino hospitality was truly evident here (Im a Filipino). Special shoutout to the restaurant staff who served breakfast and other meals—they were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Amenities: 10/10 Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle—it was very helpful and convenient. Since I was also attending to some paperwork during my stay, I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the amenities in between. Definitely worth the price. I’ll surely come back!"

"I had such a great experience staying at Hue Hotels and Resorts El Nido. The location is super convenient, it’s close to everything! Restaurants, shops, and the starting points for island-hopping tours are all just a short walk or tricycle ride away, which made getting around really easy. The best part for me was the rooftop. The view from up there is stunning — you can see the dramatic limestone cliffs and surrounding greenery. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of island tours or to catch the sunset with a drink in hand. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, but still feels relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a comfortable, accessible place to stay in El Nido with amazing views and a great location, Hue is a solid choice. I’d definitely come back."

"Airport shuttle service is good and room is clean. Restaurant staff try hard and mean well but leaving broken service equipment out to be used, then explain to guests that it is broken and that there is a spare but they are not using it is just weird. Weird is ok, but karaoke until 11-11.30pm is just annoying, bring your earplugs."

"Cleanliness, Location, Service and Amenities were good. Accommodating and very courteous staff. They offer breakfast but they only have pre meal you cant order food that you like. If you want different food make sure to order or inform them ahead of time. (Timing lang siguro ng stay namin na may bisita ang staff at medyo loud yong usapan nila kasi rinig namin sa room. Yon lang naman and medyo disappointing since guest are resting so dapat mindful sila don) Overall good naman. Another thing is if you check in before the check in time may additional fee po na 100/hour."

"I truly regret that I stayed for only 1 night. Since I am a solo-traveller, I wanted to chill in Puerto Princesa. The hotel is super close to the airport, as you can say it is located within a walking distance, the hotel offered a comprementary transfer from/to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. I did not want to leave! It was an amazing experience to stay."

"The hotel has a beautiful pool and nice entrance. The people are kind and attentive. The room is basic and kind of dark as if you open the curtains people can see you from outside. Every room has air conditioning and a water heater which was really good. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge. You need to take a tuk tuk (150 pesos per ride) to go anywhere but that was fine with me. What I really disliked is the price of the food. It was the most expensive menu I’ve seen in the Philippines for normal food, not even fancy and really average taste. Just because of this I’d not stay here again. But overall, the rooms are okay."
