Hotel is super, nice and cosy. View is wonderful. Room is clean and warm. I recommend to stay there.  Location is near train station so we didnt need to take metro, it is very convenient

They didn't change sheets and never cleaned my room when I was using it, the staff were not helpful in sorting out the issue I had with my booking. The building is old and you shouldn't expect what you see in the photos.

Great place near KTX #1 Good view of the harbour Big tank for bath The only problem is mosquito. The cleaner leaves the window open for ventilation but let them in Maybe they don't know the result. Every day we killed one or two, and saw dead mosquito on the wall, left behind by former guest. That explains this happens not only to us.

I booked 4 nights in this hotel as I thought the location is perfect being so near Busan station makes it easier to travel around. Other than the location and having a very nice pocha outside the hotel, the hotel itself is the worst I have ever stayed throughout my travels. The check in staff (this ahjussi) is rude. We reach the hotel at 330pm. They refuse us say check in is 4pm.ask us to wait. So we decided to go out, they kept asking us what time we come back. Must be punctual. So we decided to wait. They also sat at the counter..till 405pm, my hub went to ask them what time can we check in, then they pass us the keys. It was that rigid. All the while the room is already available. The room is pathetically old and run down. The bath towels are size of hand towels. They only provided 4. We asked for more, they refuse. I had to book another hotel in haeundae for 2 nights in between coz I simply couldnt tolerate the hotel. So I am not sure how they got their good rating. It's my worst ever experience.

We booked a room with 3 bunk bed for 2 adults and 3 kids from 11-19yo. Room was small with single bathroom, though bath and toilet are separated. Toilet is considered cramp for an adult and unable to lock. Towels and refreshments are replaced daily. We chose the hotel mainly because of it's excellent location to Busan station, 5mins walk in cold temperature and also reasonable cost. View is acceptable with daily sunrise, night view.

Is just 5 mins walk from KTX and same few mins to MRT station. Just 2 lane behind this building. For us is really convenient. We can travel to any other of Busan by subway. Near subway station also have an Olive Young and China town is there too! We book Day trip from Klook can also choose the meeting point at KTX exit 1 which is nearest to hotel. Room is clean n spacious. Toilets is the biggest so far during our holiday in Korea. We are happy during our stay.

Great locations. Room is old, power point even broken. No daily cleaning provided, need to ask for towel change.

We come at 5pm but we still cannot check in. Our room was not ready. Room condition okay. Not too bad. Parking have but only for regular, we had to park nearby the road

Super convenient as this location very near in KTX. But the restaurant in front of this hotel is super expensive. 1 grill unagi and 1 pancake with price 60,000 won.

We stayed a couple of nights but the room was never made up, bottled water not replenished. Asked the receptionist Mr Ho (not sure if he had given me his real name) as I want to highlight how rude he was with the guests. We ask one question and he said ‘wait’ ‘wait’ as he busily continued clacking on his computer. He could have given a more polite and professional response given that he is working in a service industry. Apart from that nasty experience, I couldn’t fault the room as it’s spacious. The location is just a stone throw away from Busan KTX, metro and across Chinatown. Not many restaurants that are near the hotel except for the Pojangmacha or Pocha that are right next to it if you are in for a quick tipple with quick and easy meals cooked right there. Starbucks and CU convenience store are nearby for a quick hunger fix.

The location is just great and convenience. After check out we can put our luggage there. It makes our trip more easy. After we travel just went back to the hotel ant get our luggage direct on board to KTX

The hotel location is very near to Busan station, so convenient! The view is also nice :) The room and the toilet is clean and spacious, provided with tv, pc, hair dryer, mini fridge, and kettle. Would be better if iron also provided.
