Cont Hotel

This is a hotel dedicated to delicious restaurants, located a 1-minute walk from Lee Jae-mo Pizza and Tonshow Nampo branch. The front desk staff was very friendly and upgraded the room, so I had a comfortable stay. ㅎㅎ However, the heating was too strong, so it was a bit hot, so I think it would be better for both the hotel and the guests if the heating was lowered.

Injuries and unfriendly response I stayed at the Busan Cont Hotel for one night, and “the ceiling light in the room was too low, so when I got up from the sofa, I hit my head and the light broke.” During that process, broken glass shards “fell on my scalp and neck, causing injuries.” Also, because the cleaning was not done properly, “there were glass shards left on the bed, so I couldn’t sleep because it felt like there was a stain on it.” Even after raising the issue, the hotel only demanded compensation of 80,000 won without an apology, and showed no intention to improve safety issues. I had an experience of bumping into the same location during my first stay, so I think it was not a personal negligence but a structural interior problem. ✅ Dangerous ceiling light location → High risk of injury ✅ Poor cleaning → Glass shards left on the bed ✅ Unfriendly response from the hotel → Only demanded compensation without an apology If you expect safe and proper service, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and the facilities are great The staff is friendly Parking is convenient There are restaurants nearby and the station is close, and you can get to downtown Seomyeon in just one stop

차들고 가면 초입 부분에 차가 많아서 살짝 헷갈렸지만 괜찮습니다. 시설 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요.

이틀동안 묵었는데 만족했습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 온수가 콸콸 잘나와서 좋았어요.
