Hotel is now too old and sinks are blocked, can’t even brush your teeth properly in the bathroom. It really needs some hugs renovations. Wonder where the money goes instead of also developing the hotel. Beds are the same old ones from the Colonial times. A bit sad for such a hotel which was highly praised.

The room is OK in Zimba But it's really old, and many things can't keep up. For example, the door looks like it's been pried open, and the safety lock can no longer be closed.

Enjoyed my stay. Located gracefully in the heart of Bulawayo which is very convenient. Everything you need is within range. Very friendly staff. No hassles. However parking is very limited and roads around the property are really bad but great stay nonetheless.

See comments on the other page, i have already noted concerns on the previous page. Specifically, quality of rooms are of concern, doors not closing properly, bathroom doors sticking and not opening from the inside, bathroom lights not switching on, shower water not hot enough, also booking for double but only single items in the room such as drinking water, bath soap etc - OVERALLY HOTEL NEEDS RENOVATION

We simply went to the coffee bar at the hotel while we waited for transport. On the plus side, the porter was very helpful; and the young man at the coffee shop was attentive. However, it took almost 30 minutes to receive two pieces of stale, shop-made highly coloured carrot cake with artificial cream and two coffees. Meantime, two of the other three guests who were clearly using the venue for the internet, spoke at the top of their voices as if they wanted them to carry hundreds of miles. It was not very restful.

The rooms are clean and specious. The staff are friendly and professional. The only downside is the city noise filters through early mornings, so maybe soundproofing the rooms would help. But overall it was a pretty good experience

The staff was generally very pleasant however the my dinner was not the best. The meat was not tender. But what I loved the most was the restraurant reaching out to me to make up for the meal. I loved that gesture.
