GGuest UserA wonderful hotel, an oriental fairy tale, the design is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfast is delicious, home-style, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is delicious. The room is clean. The owners are trying very hard to please, to help. There are a few downsides (there is no hair conditioner in the room, the mattress is hard), which they promised to fix in the future, but this did not spoil our stay and impression of the hotel and Bukhara in any way ❤️ I definitely recommend the hotel!

6666manfenI seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!

Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay.
The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms.
However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel.
Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride.
In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout.
PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.

The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.

The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
