The only little regret is to consult with the hotel before going to the hotel about the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel. The hotel just doesn't say, but I highly recommend the hotel's airport pick-up service. . . Argentina is really cheap! Do not expect the Front Desk to be helpful. I tried to get Taxi fare settled by charging my room at any service charge added as I do not have local currency. The Front Desk staff do not accept. I do have USD cash and want to exchange to local currency at the Front Desk. The staff asked me to go to local money exchange that is 10 minute walk away. It made me into deep trouble when the staff not helpful. I want to change USD cash to local dollar and they refused. It made the taxi driver very unhappy as well. Also the room has nothing - No complimentary bottle water (charge 600 local dollar per bottle). No hot water kettle. No coffee and tea packs. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Basic coffee and tea in a 5-star hotel. No coffee machine and tea pot. Requested and received bottled water. The location is also far from tourism. Compared to other hotels, only the room size and room interior are satisfactory The lobby is just a passageway, but the interior seems to have been abandoned.

The hotel is more like a 3-star hotel! The breakfast is very minimalist, little choice - was disappointing.. Only toast bread! Otherwise no bread selection ... Very good hotel, especially the location is especially suitable for tourists, go out is the obelisk landmark, opposite the Cologne Grand Theatre, eat nearby, play, shopping and everything.

I checked in late at night and went downstairs to ask for water. They brought me a small bottle and told me it would cost 1800 Argentine pesos😡! I didn’t take breakfast, but the next morning I decided to try it. I asked at the reception if it was possible? Yes of course without problems. The choice is poor. Only scramble and hot bacon. Baking is not very good🥴. As soon as I sat down at the table, a girl came running up to me and asked for my number, then she started shaking papers in front of me and saying that I didn’t have breakfast. I calmly replied that I was aware. She started writing the price, but I already knew. 20450 pesos. She ran away, but then came running again with checks for me to sign. Is this generally normal for this level of hotel?! As if I would run away and not cry! Breakfast was ruined and so was my mood. Imagine my surprise when, at check-in, I was given a bill for 61 thousand pesos😡😡😡! What it was, I don't know. But then the girl asked how many times did I have breakfast?! Do you even work there separately from each other?! Ugliness! The neighboring 3-star hotel did not have such horror! I had breakfast calmly, I just wrote down the room number and that’s it. When leaving, I calmly paid. I left my suitcase for a couple of days, and only then read reviews about thefts. I was worried, but thank you 🙏 everything turned out fine. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances, there are others nearby that are more expensive and cheaper, but definitely better!
