A cost-effective hotel with a great location. The communication with the staff was smooth when checking in. The only downside was that the lobby staff (who seemed to be the manager) at check-out was arrogant and treated us with an indifferent attitude when we checked in and picked up our luggage.

Buena ubicación que permite estar relativamente cerca de todos lados y tener pileta en esa ubicación son las características positivas. Lamentablemente cae su calificación por cosas que no implican grandes inversiones. Habitación con aire acondicionado pero con un control remoto sin pilas y pegado con cinta lo que dificulta su uso. Baño chico, limpieza deficiente (se pueden notar cosas que no fueron limpiadas o hay que reclamar faltantes como jabón o toallas). Existe un frigobar en la la habitación pero el hotel no proporciona vasos (afortunadamente hay un kiosco al frente donde se pueden comprar vasos descartables). La pileta es chica y con espacio muy escaso para los huéspedes lo que hace que muy frecuentemente no se pueda encontrar un lugar donde sentarse. Tiene gimnasio pero el espacio es muy chico lo que hace que los aparatos estén a pocos centímetros unos de otros, y además se puede notar un pobre mantenimiento, gran parte de los aparatos no funcionan o funcionan mal, se puede encontrar basura en los equipos que persiste por días sin que nadie lo limpie. En general impresiona poco personal y la amabilidad no destaca. Volvería??? Tal vez..... Pero sin dudas vería otras opciones con detenimiento.

Las habitaciones muy lindas, sabanas y toalas excelentes, aire acondicionado MB, los baños la ducha llena de sarro no salia bien el agua. Los chicos de recepción muy amables, sólo nos decepcionó el desayuno el lugar es una sala de convención muy encerrada sin luz natural, el desayuno decían a partir 6.30 pero bajamos y estaba cerrado 6.45, nos abrieron pero agua y café fríos no pudimos disfrutar ya teníamos que salir a la ruta, una pena.

Cuando uno busca hoteles puede dudar por los comentarios que uno encuentra, pero la verdad nos decidimos por este hotel y no nos arrepentimos para nada. Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, ordenado. Buena atención del personal, desayuno completo y variado. La piscina operativa, reposeras y buen espacio para descansar. Al frente en la misma cuadra hay supermercado y hay una avenida. Obelisco está a 10-15 minutos caminando. En la habitación hay secador de pelo, caja fuerte y minibar. Cuenta con televisores nuevos y modernos, y se pueden abrir sesiones de aplicación de series y películas. Llegamos a las 4am y no hubo problemas en hacer check in (teníamos la habitación desde el día antes). Recomendado, cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires seguro volveré.
