Air conditioner no function, hotel just gave us a fan but not room change. We can’t sleep well whole night due to hot weather.

Everything was good! Just opposite the main train station!

The location is excellent, just opposite the Keleti Train Station. The room is clean. Front Desk staff is very helpful.

Great location, which is next to the metro. Great breakfast with good quality and quantity and the environment. However, there was no facility. Yet, still a good bargain for stay.

Great hotel location, we asked for the attic room and got the request. The heating is on constantly in the room and you cannot turn it off, way too hot in the room. Friendly concierge team and nice breakfast buffet with fresh pastries.

The location is just perfect, the hotel is very cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, different kinds of rolls, eggs cold meats, fruits, yogurt and cereals. Variety of coffee and tea flavors. It helps to start your day and discover Budapest. The room was clean and looked fresh every day, really nice view of the central rail station and Puskás stadium. The metro station is just steps away as well as the tram and bus stops. Arena mall just 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride away. Next to the hotel you will find a conventional store, Starbucks, and Pizza Me (recommended 100%) a bar and just around the corner international fastfood restaurants. If you are planning to visit other cities/countries by train, this hotel is a perfect base location. I really recommend this property for any kind of traveller and I would stay here again if in Budapest

Very bad, very bad, very bad, there are so many bugs in the room, so many that they can't be killed, and there is no air conditioning at all in 30 degrees weather. 🙄 I raised the problem to the front desk, and he said that he could only change the sheets for me, and there was no solution. After we changed the sheets ourselves, we found that the problem of bugs was endless It was terrible. There could be 40 or 50 bugs on one bed🤯 Finally at 2 am, we decided to check out and change hotels We booked two nights and asked the hotel for a refund, but there has been no response so far. There was no basic hygiene. 🫠

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Keleti Railway Station and Metro Station. The entire building is a renovation of a classical courtyard with a unique style. The accommodation provides breakfast, which is simple and delicious. Breakfast is great and a highlight. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is soft and comfortable, the staff is helpful, there is a small supermarket, Starbucks, and many restaurants downstairs. The only drawback is that the air conditioning temperature is not low enough. Overall, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending.
