Awesome stay

The hotel very nice clean and very comfortable to stay at surabaya

The hotel is in a shopping mall, so you have to wait a long time for the elevator. There are a lot of food downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is close to the city. There are not many breakfast options, but it is not bad.

The receptionist was very uninformative, when checking in, they didn't inform us that if you bring a car, you have to bring a parking ticket, while the car park is very far from the hotel, because it was close to work hours, I couldn't take it and went back to the hotel lobby again, but luckily I met a friendly mall security guard so I told him about my complaint and conveyed it to the parking attendant downstairs so I didn't pay 100 thousand. Please teach the receptionist how to serve their guests again. When asked what the solution was, they just answered that they didn't know, at least try to communicate with the mall parking attendant downstairs, check in date October 2nd - check out October 3rd morning at 8. Very disappointing

The location is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. The room size is ok, simple and clean, and the view is good. At this price, the CP value is extremely high, and it is recommended to anyone who is coming to Surabaya for a short stay!
