We had good stay, room was good size and it was clean. Room had a nice rooftop balcony. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade your TV’s to smart TV. Breakfast buffet was nice had plenty of options even halal food which was great. Hotel parking was couples of minutes walk away but there are pay and display parking just outside the hotel. I am disabled so I have parked there free of charge. You can register your car for free disabled parking anywhere in Antwerp central you can search on google and send picture of your blue badge with your application. I recommend to register before you visit because it takes 24 hours to process.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, just a 2-minute walk to the entrance, and a 5-minute walk to Grand Place. The service was fantastic! We were originally supposed to check in the next day, but when we went the night before to ask if we could check in early the next morning and store our luggage, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly. She offered to let us complete the check-in process that night and just drop off our bags the next morning, which was totally unexpected and a huge help since we were in a rush the following day. The hotel lobby is spacious and offers complimentary fruit tea. Aside from the rooms being a bit small and the facilities a bit dated, everything else was great.
