Very poor organization of the reception, we feel like we are disturbing, we were received by a lady and on the day of departure a gentleman from the reception made us understand that no woman worked at the reception by asking us to pay the tourist tax twice and at breakfast several products are missing, we simply have to respect it and guarantee it to everyone.
