FFoLdia RamanCertainly! Here's a feedback review for your stay at Hotel X Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Vignette Collection:
”I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel X Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Vignette Collection, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Every aspect of my stay was truly exceptional.
Service:
The service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their dedication to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable was evident, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would rate the service a solid 5/5 for excellence.
Facilities:
The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were impeccable, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, providing a relaxing haven after a day of exploring the city. The amenities available, from the fitness center to the pool area, were fantastic, and I took full advantage of them during my stay. It's evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its facilities at a high standard. Another 5/5 for excellence here.
Overall, my experience at Hotel X Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Vignette Collection, was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, pristine facilities, and delightful dining made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brisbane, and I look forward to returning in the future.”
I hope this review captures your positive experience at the hotel!
AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.
MMIssTallaLIt is very convenient to be next door to the mall. The environment is very good, not far from the city. Have the opportunity to choose again
HHayden ZhouBetter than our expectation because the previous reviews were not too positive, however the room was very clean, and furnitures are new. Though room was small but that was clearly stated when we made the booking. One thing to consider is that the hotel lobby is going though some renovation, next to the hotel is a constructing site of a building so you would experiencing significant noises during the day. But if you just stay here for the night and spend the daytime outside should be fine.
GGuest UserOverall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked. However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved. The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked. I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is ”Up to you”. We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling ”Emergency, Evacuate Now”, repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened.
NNoodleCupKGood value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone.
TTerriWe had a few problems with swipe cards, which didn't end up resolved, lots of apologies but no offer of compensation (to access our room we had to get the staff to swipe us up to our level then swipe into our room) otherwise it was a lovely stay, beds are super comfy
JJamesonFredThe hotel was a very average setup, with bare minimum facilities. Its perfect for the pricing offered and the advantage is mainly the prime location. The cleanliness and service are all around the average.
