作為洲際酒店旗下品牌，此酒店衹能説中規中矩，沒有給我任何驚喜。
駛抵酒店地面時也沒有行李員等，自己去到一樓前台才知道怎麼辦理入住等。
服務我感覺是有欠缺的，比如早餐時帶到沒有餐具的餐桌，我即使要求後也衹給了2付刀叉（2位）和一張餐巾紙。
餐廳晚餐是日本料理，應該可以説價廉物美了。

Very pleasant hotel situated in the heart of the city, boasting an excellent breakfast and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The room design is charming, and the added perk of a TV connected to Netflix enhances the stay. However, my experience was slightly tarnished when I discovered a large garbage bag left behind by housekeeping. Although they apologized for the oversight, it was a disappointment amidst an otherwise delightful stay.

離Roma street火車站非常近，分分鐘到酒店。酒店辦理入住在1F,我們在G層找了好一會才看到牌子。離central火車站也不遠，我們步行去的裏面的WHSmith可以現金退go card.離市政廳很近，離女王街和植物園都不遠，附近逛吃方便。我們的轉換頭丟了，幸好發現有type c快充。雙床間床非常大，房間乾淨。非常值得
