Hotels with Breakfast in Cam Ranh

Overall a very nice stay, but a few things to be aware of Pros: The place itself is genuinely very nice. The swimming pool is huge, the room was comfortable and very pleasant, access to the beach is extremely easy, and the hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. On Saturday night, they also offered an all-inclusive buffet for 390,000 VND, which I thought was excellent value for money. Cons: One thing I found quite strange was that the owner asked me to make the payment directly to her personal bank account instead of paying the hotel. I don't know the reason for this, but she seemed noticeably unhappy when I decided to pay directly to the hotel instead. Personally, I much prefer making an official payment to the property where I am staying. Another negative point is the airport transfer. They offered to pick me up for 200,000 VND, even though the airport is literally about 5 minutes away. After checking out, I took a taxi for the same journey and paid less than 40,000 VND. So 200,000 VND is clearly very overpriced. A useful tip: the hotel/building is actually called The Empyrean Cam Ranh Beach Resort, so you can simply book a taxi directly there from the airport instead of paying 200,000 VND for the offered transfer. Breakfast was not included and costs 250,000 VND per day. Unfortunately, I really don't think it is worth that price. The choice is quite limited, there isn't much variety, and I found the food rather bland. For 250,000 VND, I expected significantly better. Fortunately, there are several restaurants right next to the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner for much less money. Overall: Despite these negative points, I was still happy with my stay and really enjoyed the facilities. The pool, beach access and room were the highlights. I would stay here again, but I would definitely skip the 200,000 VND airport transfer and probably the breakfast as well.

Good service, good breakfast in this price range. Close to airport and good for night flight or early morning flight . We arrived at 9pm and ready morning trip to Muine.

A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided.

We ended up booking this hotel last minute after our original place didn’t work out, and it was quite the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the wind was really strong, which made it too chilly to enjoy the pool or beach. Breakfast was just okay, but we really struggled during dinner. The hotel has only one restaurant that shares space with other hotels in the complex, which made it feel pretty hectic. We arrived at 7 PM, ordered our food, and then waited about an hour and a half before it started coming out. Many guests were asked to wait in the lobby or come back later because there wasn’t enough room. On the bright side, the food was quite delicious when it finally arrived!

”MY 5 STAR REVIEW” - even though the hotel was half full in the middle of the off season...my request for an extra hour past designated checkout of noon was like I'd asked them to reinvent the concept of ”hoteling”. The rather snooty (they all kinda were, and it seems a prerequisite front-of-house hiring policy for Citadineseseses everywhere (cf Singapore)) front of desk lady, sighed and huffed and eventually said ”ok, you can stay until 1pm, if you give us a 5 Star review on Google”. When we duly checked out at 1pm sharp, she asked me to show her the review on my phone. Which of course I hadn't bothered my **** to write. Anyway, finally here it is (thank you for your patience, your hotel isn't important to us): ”3 STARS... thinks it's better than it is, and shouldn't be bribing guests with patheticness in an effort to game the Google rating system. Trust me, there are better places to stay.”

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Beautiful beach with fine white sand and gentle waves like Bali. New room and cozy decor. The food at Coral restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. You can also prepare your own meals in the shared kitchen or go to the nearby seafood specialty restaurants. If you like Vietnamese food, Nguyen Chi Thanh street in My Ca is your paradise. The resort is vast with many swimming pools, a lazy river, and a children's playground, making it easy to find a private corner or participate in beach sports activities. The shuttle bus and public bus stop right in front of the resort, with services every 20-30 minutes, helping you reach tourist attractions, shopping, and entertainment in Nha Trang at any time. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, so just check out about 1.5 hours before your flight is enough. Indeed, this is a wonderful place for relaxation: quiet, beautiful, and fully equipped.

I’ve traveled extensively around Vietnam and stayed in hotels of different categories, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. Pros: * Beautiful private beach with plenty of clean sun loungers. * Large swimming pool and well-maintained grounds. * The rooms are spacious and comfortable overall. Cons: * Finding this particular section of the hotel was surprisingly difficult because it’s part of a larger resort complex. After a long flight, I expected better guidance, but the staff simply pointed in the general direction instead of helping us find the correct building. * The biggest disappointment was the hotel’s attitude toward drinking water. The room only includes two small 355 ml bottles. When I asked for more, I was told that only those two bottles were complimentary and any additional water had to be purchased from the bar for 25,000 VND per bottle. After traveling around Vietnam, where hospitality is usually outstanding, this felt unnecessarily stingy and left a very poor impression. * After arriving hungry from the airport, we went to the hotel restaurant. Although it wasn’t a weekend and there were empty tables, we were told they were too busy and weren’t accepting any more guests, and to come back in an hour. That was very disappointing after a long journey. * Beach towels are not included for guests staying in this section of the resort, while guests in other parts of the same complex receive them free of charge. It’s a small thing, but the inconsistent policy is frustrating. * The bathroom lacks even simple shelves or holders for shampoo and shower gel, so everything has to be placed on the floor while showering. Overall: The facilities themselves are good, but the service and overall attitude toward guests did not meet my expectations. What disappointed me most was not the hotel itself, but the lack of hospitality, which is something I’ve come to appreciate everywhere else in Vietnam. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

I researched every hotel in the area and Hammy was the cheapest I could find for 0.5 nights. Empyrean, Victor, Oceanview, etc are all in the same building but Hammi had the best price. I felt comfortable because the owners were so nice. I left a message on Kakaotalk and they responded very quickly and gently. The service was good, the rooms were nice, the staff was friendly but the waves are big this time of year so don't swim, it would be nice to walk around and get a massage in the resort's spa before your flight.
