KKeile charlesI can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

GGuest UserAfter reading other reviews, I want to write that our family is self-driving on the East Coast. This is a medium-to-upper level in the United States. The room is very good. You must not pursue perfection on this high-speed side. For example, the lamp holder is a bit rusty, clean bedding, and breakfast is OK. So staying for one night is relatively comfortable, and the overall friends are still guaranteed. And although it is away from the high speed, there is no side facing the high speed, it is relatively quiet, I did not hear the noise. The surrounding environment is also not bad, I feel safe and not messy. The price is also lower than the nearby, which is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserIt was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

GGuest UserHotel is ok not great. The breakfast is disgusting. I do not recommend. Plus it cost extra. The hotel room was decent like a typical hotel room. Our bedroom had a sheet on it instead of a fitted sheet. The cleaning lady said they do that when they run out of fitted sheets instead of looking for a fitted sheet. Our room door was already open when we went to the room. The check out time was 12 noon but our room key deactivated at 10am and locked us out of the room. Definitely a -3 star hotel.

GGlennOverall, it was a positive experience. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Everything worked. No stains or bugs. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. There are a couple of things that stand out that could be improved upon, however. Air conditioner was very effective in its function, however the fan was very loud. Like a turbo fan. The other thing that stood out to me that could be improved upon, was light leakage even after the room darkening curtains were drawn. If they added an additional layer of blinds or something like that between the curtains and the window, to block out light, it would make a huge difference. Still, it was far better than the hotel we had last time down in Jacksonville, at this price range. The next time we're down there, we'll go back happily.

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean . We had a great night sleep. Very quite ,also safe. The breakfast was fabulous. The lady that was doing breakfast that morning she kept up with everything and kept it very clean I believe her name was LaShawna. She is very outgoing and so sweet. The whole staff is awesome. Thank you yall for a wonderful stay and a great breakfast to wake up too. And coffee..Perfect..

GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.
