While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

Very nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all.
Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

Guest UserHotel location is quite good. Close to the beach. Go to the game and go directly to the boat. It is a round-trip ticket. Breakfast is delicious and not expensive. Asians should like it. In addition to parking, it is a little difficult. Other facilities are not bad.

Hotel service is very good, the lobby atmosphere is good, there are often many people in the evening, chatting there.
The hotel includes breakfast, breakfast is very rich, coffee drinks, fruit, bread and simple eggs, and cereal, although thick, but also porridge, for the go out, drinking porridge, really comfortable.
There is a place to rest outside the hotel, and the environment is very beautiful.

It was very clean and nice. The only downfall was. They had a lot of ways to make extra money off of you without you knowing it was almost like they would put things out for you to get and then tell you afterwards. Oh, you have to pay for that. it was quite different than most hotels we have ever been to

The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was cozy and tidy. Especially the kitchen facilities are well equipped.
It was comfortable during my 5 night stay. The pool water was not very clean.
+ I was a little surprised that a small lizard appeared in the room ...

Guest UserHotel is ok not great. The breakfast is disgusting. I do not recommend. Plus it cost extra. The hotel room was decent like a typical hotel room. Our bedroom had a sheet on it instead of a fitted sheet. The cleaning lady said they do that when they run out of fitted sheets instead of looking for a fitted sheet. Our room door was already open when we went to the room. The check out time was 12 noon but our room key deactivated at 10am and locked us out of the room. Definitely a -3 star hotel.

It was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

Guest UserWas disappointed, took a shower the night I stayed and the shower water did not get hot. The next morning, I went to use the jacuzzi and it was the same thing, ”luke warm” at best. Everything else was standard, no frills hotel.

Sandy CherryIt is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!
