The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, directly in front of Chang Phueak Market. In the evenings, stepping out, you'll find an incredible array of food, including famous street stalls like Chang Phueak Suki and Bua Loi. The front desk staff were excellent, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. The room itself was well-appointed with essentials like a kettle, coffee, and a hairdryer. At a price point in the low hundreds (Baht), it offers exceptional value. This is definitely our preferred hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai.

The room inside is quite clean and beautifully arranged, orderly and cute, but the balcony, walkway, stairs The area around the hotel is dusty and not very clean. The room is not very soundproof, you can still hear sounds from outside and neighboring rooms. which is normal for wooden houses This place probably isn't suitable.

This hotel's location is seriously top-notch, right in the heart of the city and super close to the market. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which is a big plus. However, I have to mention that it could have been a bit cleaner. It felt quite local and authentic, which was interesting. Overall, if you're prioritizing location and price over pristine cleanliness, this place is worth considering.

The room is spacious, clean, and minimalistic. The accommodation has a cafe with beautiful photos and a shady atmosphere. Breakfast is a set menu with good taste. We asked to check in early before noon, so we only paid an additional 200 baht for early check-in, which is not expensive.

The hotel is small but nice and clean. There was a slight problem during check-in because of a special request for extra service, but the staff said there was no such request in the order. This required spending time at the counter contacting Trip.com, and the extra beds were all taken, as the housekeeping staff had already gone home. However, the hotel staff resolved the issue by offering a triple room, which was a good solution. While it cost extra, it was an acceptable and economical price.
