This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area.
The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

M15KAKEReNwe’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

Guest UserLevel 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy.
Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Hotel location is very good, located on the hillside, ten minutes walk to the old town. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very friendly.
The rooms are clean and tidy, modern in design and comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, with a rich variety and good quality, and the dining can overlook the city scenery. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, and you can feel the boss and team's care for the details.

The room is big, the facilities are average, the environment is good, it is in the mountains, the road up the mountain is winding, the breakfast is good, the hotel provides free breakfast, when you book online, just choose no breakfast, in fact the hotel provides it.

Christian SteinertRoom was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

The hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

Such a charming and beautiful place to stay. The owners made it feel like a home. We were welcome to have tea or drinks in the kitchen at any time and were accommodated so well. We had the most cozy perfect Christmas. The owner even gave us a shot of home made peach alcohol! I would come again anytime. Was exactly what I wanted in a mountain villa.

Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back
