Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!

I really did’t expect much, as I know Days Hotel in Iloilo is not so new. However I was amazed with what turned out, ok ang room, malaki for us 4, malinis with complete toiletries and other amenities. May provided water dispenser at the hallways for free kaya no problem sa drinking water. Malamig ang aircon, ok laaht. Medyo old na mga towels & beddings pero npakalinis. And the big plus? The free breakfast is buffet for 4! So imagine, if 1 breakfast costs P600, and we are 4, it is already P2,400. Pero nabook ko ito from Trip at P2,700+ lng! With complete amenities ha. And ang location, npakaganda. Nsa 4th floor of Atrium Bldg, pero from ground floor to 3 rd floor, you have everything that you need! Really a jackpot!😄

Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

The rest of the service staff, especially the pool attendant, deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! He made sure the kids always had fresh towels and even gave us extra chairs. His attentiveness and excellent service really stood out. Keep it up! I wish I had gotten his name so I could recognise him personally. On the other hand, I would only give the receptionist (Guy) a ⭐. I get that it’s part of his job to check the number of guests in a booking, but the way he handled it felt more like an officer checking on a guest. I’ve been to many hotels, both local and international, and this was my first time feeling uncomfortable. Since the hotel is still new and wants to be seen as a luxury brand, the level of professionalism and hospitality at the front desk should match the hotel’s overall standards. A more welcoming and courteous approach would really make a better first impression.

The room was clean. Hotel is Near SM city. But I felt no privacy, Ive noticed there is a small hole on the wall partially covered by a sticker. It’s creepy so I removed the no smoking sign on the table and stick it on top of the sticker covering the hole to make sure no one’s watching me.

Positives: - cleanliness - drinking water provided on corridor - good Aircon Negatives: - outdated poor condition facilities (shower, taps, furniture) - variable quality internet - no cutlery, no plates - the advertised western breakfast is Filipino breakfast options only in reality - coffee was offered for 1 day for my entire stay, no top up, no tea - no cleaning of room offered, happened

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet food was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. Every meal was satisfying, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, the ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, and the food was consistently good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..
