GGuest UserVery nice hotel, excellent breakfast, cosy rooms, terras for the kids outside, parking facilities at 100 meters from the hotel, the city centre at the doorstep of the hotel, Leiden is a nice city to spend a week, go shopping or visit many of the countless museums.

GGuest UserGenerally satisfied. Have a night cold. The heating/airco was not controlable. 18 degrees is anyway too cold to have fun. Even if the heating is out at home, we put it back on cold days or airco. They wanted to put a stick in the room.

GGuest UserI was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.
