"The main reason why I chose this hotel was an on offer for Diamond user, on the app it was stated that I can check in from 10 am which was perfect. However the early check in was not guaranteed, I don't know whose responsibility is that, Trip.com or hotel. I tried to contact the hotel but it was almost impossible. When I arrived about 10.30 am the receptionist stated that no rooms are available but eventually I was given a room. The room was quite good, looked modern and clean, but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom drain and it smelled terribly of sewage. There is a lit of space to store clothes and luggage. The best thing for me it was quiet, there is no construction noise or loud music ( my room was on the second floor) so I was able to sleep well. There is hot water but the pressure is quite week. There is an iron and even an ironing board in the room, wow:) the staff at the reception are professional and friendly and speak English well. I got help with my suitcase as there is no elevator only narrow stairs."

"This hotel is suitable for those who want to stay for one night, no more. Fully comfortable bed, there are several bottles of water, towels, shower gel, shampoo. The room is pretty clean. However, the price of this accommodation is very overstated, too expensive for such a simple and small room. It was also confused that when booking was provided free transfer to the airport, in fact it turned out that it was necessary to pay for it, so I went on a bus."

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Male airport. The room facilities are very basic. This room type has tinted windows, and outside the window is a wall, so there's no natural light during the day. However, it was clean enough. I had to ask for toothpaste and toothbrushes. The provided bottled water was expired, so I didn't drink it. It's only suitable for a one-night layover. The airport pick-up service was fine. For the airport drop-off, he set it for 9 AM, and he wouldn't agree to an earlier time even after I discussed it with him, I'm not sure why.

This is beyond frustrating. I booked a room that was over 500 RMB more expensive just for the airport pickup service, only to be told upon arrival that it wasn't included. This wasted so much of my time. What's more, the 'special car' they arranged wasn't even exclusive; they tried to charge me an extra $15! And I had to wait a long time because the pickup person prioritized other customers first, even though we were the first to land. The hotel's hygiene is genuinely concerning. As soon as I entered, there was a large flying insect. The room mirror was directly facing the bed, and there were unexplained stains on the sheets. It was far from clean. I saw positive reviews claiming it's suitable for Chinese guests. I just want to say, can't we Chinese be honest with each other? At best, it feels like a 3-star hotel from an underdeveloped region in China. For this price, they're really treating Chinese customers like they're from New York and charging them excessively.

The duvet and sheets felt a bit old and had a slight, unpleasant smell. The bathroom wasn't well-ventilated and also had a bit of an odor. Soundproofing was decent, probably because there weren't many guests, so no one was next door. The cakes and pasta at the downstairs restaurant were delicious, and the Korean fried chicken was really good – a must-order! Breakfast was also good, with hot Americano coffee available. The beach across the street was a bit dirty. Overall, for a transit hotel, it's pretty much what you'd expect. We waited quite a while for the airport pickup because it was a shared shuttle, which is understandable. The morning drop-off to the airport for our flight to another island was very quick.

I booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior.

This is a fantastic transit hotel in the Maldives. You step right out to the stunning ocean with amazing sea views. The overall environment is clean and refreshing, and the front desk staff are attentive and thoughtful. The seafood ramen at the downstairs restaurant was surprisingly delicious, absolutely amazing. The room was tidy and comfortable, making it a great transitional stay before heading to the island. It's perfect for couples.

This was my first stay at this guesthouse. I booked it because the rate was very cheap, and you really get what you pay for. I paid USD 34 for an overnight stay (although we did not actually stay overnight, as we only needed the room for day use due to our late evening flight). The building does not have an elevator and the room is located on the second floor, which made it very difficult for guests with large luggage. There was construction next to my room, and unfortunately I was not able to rest before my flight. I was informed by the staff that it would only be until 4:00 PM, but the drilling and hammering continued until 6:00 PM. There were no toiletries provided; instead, there were some used toiletries left in the room. There was also a little unpleasant smell in the room.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Teagan Garden Hotel. It is actually more like a small motel rather than a hotel. Although the remodeling looks clean, everything else was disappointing. First, it is located in a residential area, and the surrounding neighborhood looks unsafe. There were men staring at us, and the roads were extremely dirty — much worse than I expected. The motel is actually called “Reagar Hotel” without the word “Garden,” which was confusing. The room was very tiny — you can barely squeeze between the bed and the bathroom. In addition, the hotel charged a $20 transfer fee. Breakfast was very limited: just two pieces of bread, one egg, two small sausages, and half a sour apple. There were no other options. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
