GGuest UserI didn't expect the Samsung hotel rooms to be equipped with bathtubs, and the pool and gym environment was also very good. The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.

YYEE THENGI stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

XXIANGMINGThe breakfast was unexpectedly rich, the staff was very welcoming, and the BBQ, which was loved by a local Burmese, tasted good twice. Location, I feel that Mandalay is almost the same city, no picky, the average driver knows this hotel. In addition to the hot water is not hot, the check-in experience is good.

I especially like the bar & restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, which overlooks the Mandalay Palace not far away and Mandalay Mountain in the distance.

LLAISHANKELLYTravel hospitality with hotel owners let set, good hotel location, convenient transportation. Hotel room area is large enough, well equipped, clean and tidy. Hotel Beds hard and soft appropriate, very good sleep. Sister and friendly reception. It will be re-ordered.
