The bathroom has a large countertop for makeup items. It is cleaned every day, with a hair dryer, slippers, and face towels changed every day, but no bath towels and toiletries.
The location is very good, about 25 yuan by taxi from the airport for two kilometers, and there is a cu convenience store 10 meters away, where you can have breakfast. There are food stores nearby, and there is a very popular spine potato soup and fried chicken across the road. All popular shopping stores are within walking distance, such as Jianbao Road, Shilla Duty Free Shop, Olive Young, Daiso, etc.

Close to airport so it is convenient if you have an early flight. Hotel is quite run down, toilet door isn’t closing well. Mainly working with tour groups so it is very noisy and there is always big groups which makes waiting for the lift very difficult. Parking garage is small but uncle is helpful to point out which lot to park and will direct you. Convenience store just at the lobby but not well stocked. Plenty of gamjatang restaurants just outside, not many options of food. Again for the price, nothing much to expect.

The hotel is located in a prime area with good restaurants nearby and easy connectivity. Rooms are quite big with all amenities. Just a small note : The charging points are away from the bed .. so the comfort of seeing your mobile while it’s getting charged is deprived.

For the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

The hotel room is moderate in size. It was very cold in Jeju Island these days. The wind was blowing when I walked on the road. It was warm as soon as I entered the room. The room had floor heating, which was very comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, and there are restaurants nearby. I searched on Dianping.com and found that there were almost no bad reviews. It is worth mentioning that the hotel car can pick up and drop off at the airport for free, as long as you book it one day in advance. I didn't bring the conversion connector, but the hotel can provide it. It doesn't matter if you can't communicate. The translation software is very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time!

The stay here in this hotel is very worth it! Got the cheapest price compared to all the countries and cities we’ve been to. There’s an Olive Young store just adjacent to the hotel so perfect for skin care last minute shopping. Got Pizza, burger and beer restaurant adjacent on the other side of the hotel too. Breakfast in the hotel is quite cheap too though we didn’t try. Regular price is 15,000krw for breakfast per person. We paid average of 36sgd per night for a deluxe room so not bad for a 4 star hotel.
Only downside is that we got small bath towels. I’m not sure if it’s the custom in Jeju but yeah, the bath towels the hotel gave us is small and same size as a face towel or hand towel.
Overall the experience is good and will definitely recommend this hotel. Newly, renovated last month!

Pretty brand new, location is quite central. There is free parking but it’s mechanical and although they are helpful most times it’s a hassle if you forgot to take something or just want to pre load luggage before leaving. Swimming pool and shopping area inside the hotel was still under construction, no info on that was provided. Didn’t see a gym either. Overall still a good room to stay in if you just need a place to sleep. Corner suite has 1 queen and 1 king in the room

This hotel/resort has varying huge size rooms catering to different number of occupants. The villas/rooms are in different clusters with free car parking and would be important that you have your own car so you could easily move luggages to your designated block. The only bad thing is that all villas/rooms have no lifts especially you have many luggage and are heavy - highest being level 3. I have to lug my 19kg luggage up to level 3 with a sea view 😓

IIm_YiseulThe location is OK. There are several bus stops nearby, but they are basically about 7-8 minutes' walk away. It is very close to the airport and Jeju Bus Terminal. It takes half an hour to get to Dongmun Market and duty-free. It is not easy to call a taxi.
The room has 4 layers of soundproof glass, so it is very quiet and not noisy at all. You can see the sea view and airplanes from the 5th floor and above. There is a smart toilet and hair dryer, but there is no kettle. You can't eat in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the 8th floor.
4-star 3-star hotel, the overall cost performance is still very high, the staff are very qualified and enthusiastic (it may also be because they speak Korean

CCriseWe had an amazing stay at Shalom Hotel. The bus stops right beside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The front-line staff were incredibly helpful in answering our inquiries about Jeju's attractions and locations, and they kindly arranged our taxi rides.
We spent two nights experiencing a Korean ondol bed, which employs a heating method that provides direct heat underneath the floor, offering numerous health benefits. The following three nights in a regular bed were just as comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed restful nights and good sleep. The rooms were well-ventilated and clean, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for short stays in Jeju!”

LLuTgGood location and very convenient. Hotel is located in the same building as the LOTTE shopping mall. Lobby staff were very friendly and polite and helped us to press the elevator every time. Very good service.
Room was clean and the facilities and amenities were good. Bed was comfortable and TV was working. Nice kettle and teas. Shampoo, shower gel, and lotion were very good and had a good smell. Toilet comes with a bidet and works well. Bedroom slippers, bathing towels, hand towels, bathrobes were provided. Room service was good and tidy.
Highly recommend this hotel!

EExna 24032 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
